Not all remodels add value to your home. While it’s always important to consider what you really want, it’s also a good idea to look into what home buyers want if you’re thinking about selling in the future. While it’s not likely that you’ll be adding an elevator (number 1 on the list), many of the other items get added to homes on a regular basis. Some of these items may surprise you. I would have thought an outdoor kitchen would be popular here in California and I’ve seen many beautiful kitchens with glass cabinets. If you’ve always wanted a wet bar, well then go for it.
