Sonja is a Bay Area native, born and raised in San Jose. She attended school locally and holds both a Bachelor’s degree and MBA from San Jose State University. Prior to joining Elite Realty Sonja was working as a project manager for a local software company and and Agent for Century 21. During her time at Century 21, she gained experience in ‘Flipping’ properties while buying and selling in Riverside County. Many of her flips included purchasing raw land and installing permanent homes resulting in a quick turnaround and high profit margin. She brings that experience to the Bay Area to help sellers get the best possible price for their home. Sonja has lived in the Willow Glen, Evergreen and Almaden areas of San Jose and has become an expert in these neighborhoods.
